As Chief Executive Officer, Jason Proudfit ensures that the team of professionals working together under the umbrella of Rossmar & Graham is providing the level of service required to meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Jason's strong leadership and focus on client satisfaction has solidified Rossmar & Graham's position as the industry leader in Arizona.
Jason previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rossmar & Graham, working closely with the executive team in all facets of the business. As CFO, Jason was responsible for driving strategic planning while overseeing financial reporting, treasury activities, corporate accounting and client accounting services. In addition, he managed many key departments, such as information technology, human resources, financial services, account integration, resale and disclosure, data management services, and facilities. Jason also directed the financial management of the company's regional offices and subsidiary businesses.
He has extensive experience spanning 15 years in public and corporate finance. Prior to joining Rossmar & Graham, he spent several years as a CPA in public accounting in the Seattle area and served as CFO for companies in the real estate, construction, engineering and sporting goods industries. He brings expertise in IT, operations, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and has a proven track record managing companies through high growth periods and periods of financial stress. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and his Master's of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University. Outside of work he is an avid sports fan and enjoys serving in the community. He and his wife have a son and two daughters.

Senior Vice President- Portfolio Division

Any joined Rossmar & Graham as Vice President- Portfolio Division in September 2011. She brings over 15 years of community management in condominium, single family, commercial and master planned associations. Any started her management career in 1996 as a Community Association Manager. During her tenure with her previous employers, Any served as District Manager, Executive Director, Business Unit leader and as an Executive Vice President. Her responsibilities have included; development of training programs, strategic planning, supervision and oversight, business development and managing client relations.
As the Senior Vice President - Portfolio Division, Any will be responsible for the operations and oversight of the portfolio management team at Rossmar & Graham. She will work with the Divisional Vice Presidents and staff in serving board members and homeowners in our communities.
Any received her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University. Continued education and focus in the industry has led Any to achieve the following designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). In addition, Any has also received the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from California Association of Community Manager.
Shannon Martinson

In July 2011 Shannon assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Rossmar & Graham. Shannon handles everything from complex employee relation issues to compilation of policies and procedures. Shannon brings over 15 years of diversified and progressive human resource experience to Rossmar & Graham and received the bulk of her human resource experience from Fortune 500 companies including ING Funds and IKON Office Solutions.
Shannon works closely with the Executive Team in developing strategic initiatives and ensuring the goals of the company are successfully achieved. Her background proves invaluable with her experience with complex employee relation issues, labor law reviews, high level recruiting and confidential communication. Shannon received dual degrees from Arizona State University which include Communications and French. She spent time in Lille, France honing her business skills while experiencing an immersion into French culture.
Focused on strategic acquisition and development, the HR department at Rossmar & Graham lay the foundation for continued success, internally and externally. Shannon and her team are proactively working on strong recruitment initiatives and creating an industry standard training curriculum, respectively. Shannon is married to a Glendale Police Officer and has two wonderful rescue dogs. Both volunteer at a local animal shelter, Pal's Inn, on the weekends helping to walk the dogs and socialize them for adoption.

In 1996, Mike joined Rossmar & Graham as a community manager after serving 20 years in the oil industry as general manager of international supply operations. His background exposed him to many diverse individuals and personalities and helped him to develop the critical communication skills necessary to be successful in the community association management industry.
In 2003, Mike was promoted to Vice President where his duties included overseeing the Scottsdale Office and a team of portfolio community managers and master community managers and instilling the team concept of our organization. Today, Mike is Vice President of our West Valley Region where he is actively involved in the supervision, support and guidance of his team of professional community managers and their support staff and strengthening Board member partnerships.
Mike received his Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies - Management from Pace University and also holds a degree in Marketing from Westchester Community College.
Kathy Van Hilsen, CMCA AMS

Kathy's career in the HOA industry began in 1993 when she started as an administrative assistant and found a profession and a career she was passionate about. When she was promoted to community manager, she brought a positive, can-do attitude to the communities she managed, giving great confidence in her abilities to the Boards with whom she partnered.
In January 2007, Kathy joined Rossmar & Graham. Her proven leadership qualities and strong work ethic, balanced with a desire to bring harmony and unity to the communities she managed, propelled her to her current position of Vice President of the Southeast Valley Region. In this role, Kathy oversees and mentors a team of portfolio and master community managers and their support staff. Kathy's other key focus is to further strengthen our Board member partnerships.
Mary Tanner

Mary Tanner joined Rossmar & Graham in 2007, and she brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and real estate management to the Rossmar & Graham team.
As Vice President of Client Accounting, Mary is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Client Accounting Services. She is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of our clients' financial reports, for establishing and maintaining our clients' system of internal controls, and for the day-to-day accounting activities for our clients.
Prior to joining Rossmar & Graham, Mary spent many years in the real estate development and commercial property management industries in Virginia. Within those industries, Mary served as a Vice President and as a Controller. Mary brings valuable real estate experience and expertise in accounting, operations, systems, finance, and IT.
Mary received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, Mary takes every opportunity to pursue her current passion for golf.
Ken Estrada

Ken Estrada has over 20 years of business experience in all phases of the planning, development, customer service and ongoing management of communities in Arizona. In his previous positions at Rossmar & Graham, Ken was responsible for Accounts Receivables, Collections, Association Communications, and operational interface with our Association Residents and Boards of Directors via our
Customer Care Center, and RossmarConnect.
As Vice President of the Central Division for Rossmar & Graham, Ken oversees a team of portfolio managers, while strengthening relationships with board members to create a long lasting partnership.
A graduate of Brigham Young University, Ken enjoys golf, basketball, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Kirk J. Kowieski, CMCA

Kirk Kowieski joined Rossmar & Graham in 2006 after having spent his entire career in the hospitality industry, most notably here in Arizona as a Manager at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale and later as Resort Manager at Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria, AZ. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Kirk has become an expert in customer service, operations management, and strategic planning and leadership, all of which have served him well in the Community Management field.
Kirk's career path at Rossmar has included positions as Corporate Builder Division Manager, On-site Builder Division Manager, Portfolio Community Manager, On-site Master Planned Community Manager, and Division Director. In his new position as Vice President - Lifestyle Division, Kirk will oversee Rossmar's amenity-driven, master-planned communities, with an emphasis on developing lifestyle services programming, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and mentoring Community Managers and staff. Kirk holds his CMCA designation, and is currently working towards obtaining further industry certifications.
Kirk was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and attended Michigan State University. After college, Kirk spent 12 years in Pittsburgh, PA, and relocated permanently to Arizona in 2004. Along with being an avid sports fan, Kirk can be found "cruisin' the open road" with his fiancé on their Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Lee Newman joined Rossmar and Graham in 2007. In his time here he has served as a Mentor Manager, member and writer for Rossmar and Graham's quarterly newsletter, and emergency on-call manager for every Rossmar and Graham community. Lee's goals for the future of the high-rise division include enhancing the value that Rossmar & Graham brings to this exclusive collection of communities by focusing on the luxurious lifestyle, comfort, and practicality homeowners expect with high-rise living, while elevating the level of homeowner and resident service.
As Vice President of Rossmar and Graham's High-Rise Division, Lee oversees a premier group of high-rise and mid-rise buildings in the valley, responsible for the execution and implementation of Rossmar & Graham's strategic plans and procedures of all managers within his division.
Lee holds his CMCA designation and has over six years of HOA, high-rise experience.
Lee attended Arizona State University and is a huge baseball fan. His hobbies include screenwriting, playing with his two Boston Terriers, and spending as much time as possible with his wife and young daughter.

Arianne became Rossmar & Graham's Director of Business Development in 2011, and is responsible for overseeing all sales initiatives. Her primary responsibilities include the procurement of new business for the company and contract administration for Rossmar & Graham's strong portfolio of communities. Arianne's extensive background in community association management makes her uniquely qualified for this role.
Arianne began her career in the HOA management industry with Rossmar & Graham in 2001 after graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Communication and a minor in Business. She started as an administrative assistant and, within two years, was promoted to portfolio community manager. Her ascension in the company was rapid and two years later, Arianne was promoted to the position of onsite community manager for one of our most prestigious master-planned communities.
Shortly thereafter Arianne advanced to District Manager of the Scottsdale Region, where she oversaw a staff of portfolio and master community managers and educated them on the core principles of being a successful community manager with supervision, mentoring and assistance. Another key focus for Arianne was enhancing Board member relationships in the communities in her region.
A believer in education, Arianne holds CAAM, CMCA and AMS designations. Arianne is also a LEED GA (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate) and works to assist and bring knowledge to those communities who are interested in green opportunities, as well as educate others on the importance of green management systems.
