As President, Jim ensures the team of professionals working together under the umbrella of Rossmar & Graham is providing the level of service required to meet and exceed our clients' needs. His forward thinking approach consistently earns Rossmar & Graham the distinction of being named the "number one homeowner association management company in Arizona" by both Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business and the Phoenix Business Journal.
Prior to joining Rossmar & Graham, Jim was a Regional Vice President with
The Wentworth Group, a
FirstService Residential Management company in New Jersey. In addition to his management responsibilities at Wentworth, Jim created and supervised an insurance agency which specializes in community association insurance.
A recipient of the highly coveted
PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager),
CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and
CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) designations, Jim brings over 25 years of HOA management experience to Rossmar & Graham. He is passionate about his role in the highly specialized industry of community association management. He is active in
Community Associations Institute (CAI), where he has been a speaker at the local and national levels; and he is a founding member of
Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), where he served as the Chairman and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Jim has also been a member of the Board of Directors of
The Leadership Centre where he continues to share his knowledge of the HOA industry with Board members and homeowners in the cities of Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Queen Creek and Casa Grande. In 2003, Jim received the esteemed "Brian L. Zemp" Award for his services to The Leadership Centre in working together with them to promote community.
Curtis Coghill, PCAM AMS CAAM
Senior Vice President - Scottsdale

Curtis began his career in the community management industry in 1984 and joined Rossmar & Graham in 1991. With a background in construction, beginning in 1977 with
Del Webb Communities, and first-hand experience in the service and trade industries, he began facilities management in 1984.
In early 2004, Curtis was promoted to Senior Vice President overseeing several key divisions:
RossmarConnect;
Customer Care Center; Fulfillment Center; Account Integration; Accounts Receivable and Financial Services. Curtis ensured our company processes in these departments provided excellent support to our staff, which enabled them to work effectively in their positions and provide superior service to our clients. As Senior Vice President – Scottsdale, Curtis oversees a staff of portfolio and master community managers and educates them on the core principles of being a successful community manager with supervision, mentoring and assistance. Another key focus for Curtis is enhancing Board member relationships in the communities in his region.
Curtis received his degree in electronics and holds several licenses with local and state governing authorities in the construction field giving him knowledge on a wide array of subjects. He has completed many specialized courses in mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and electronics. In 2003, Curtis received the highest designation in the HOA industry, that of
PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager); he also holds the designation of AMS (Association Management Specialist), and
CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) and continues his education today.
Jason Proudfit
Chief Financial Officer

Jason Proudfit joined Rossmar & Graham in 2009, and brings more than 15 years of experience in public and corporate finance to our team.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jason is responsible for driving strategic planning while overseeing Financial Reporting, Treasury Activities, Corporate Accounting and Client Accounting Services. In addition, he manages several key departments: Information Technology, Human Resources, Financial Services, Account Integration, Resale Disclosure, and Facilities. With years of experience as a financial executive, Jason directs the financial management of the company's regional offices and subsidiary businesses.
Prior to joining Rossmar & Graham, Jason spent several years as a CPA in public accounting in the Seattle area and served as CFO for companies in the real estate, construction, engineering and sporting goods industries. He brings expertise in IT, operations, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and has a proven track record managing companies through high growth periods and periods of financial stress.
Jason received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and his Master's of Accountancy degree from
Brigham Young University. Outside of work he is an avid sports fan and enjoys serving in the community. He and his wife have a son and two daughters.
Robert Felix, CMCA LSM PCAM RS
Senior Vice President - Lifestyle and Master Planned Communities

Rob joined Rossmar & Graham in 2009 and brings more than 20 years experience managing large-scale resort communities to our team, most recently as general manager at
Sun City Vistoso, an active adult resort community in Tucson, Arizona.
At Rossmar & Graham, Rob's focus includes working closely with our professional community association managers and support staff to strengthen our relationships with our lifestyle and master-planned community clients.
With a degree in business and finance, combined with years of service to various communities, Rob is a nationally recognized leader in community association management. He teaches and speaks on both the local and national levels for
Community Associations Institute (CAI), and was recognized in both 1999 and 2005 as CAI's Educator of the Year for his work on
CAI's Professional Management Development Program. He serves as a commissioner on the
National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM); on numerous CAI national committees and task forces; he chairs the Item Writing Task Force for NBC-CAM; and has authored numerous articles in local and national HOA industry publications.
Michael Kuzmin, PCAM AMS CAAM
Vice President - West Valley

In 1996, Mike joined Rossmar & Graham as a community manager after serving 20 years in the oil industry as general manager of international supply operations. His background exposed him to many diverse individuals and personalities and helped him to develop the critical communication skills necessary to be successful in the community association management industry.
In 2003, Mike was promoted to Vice President where his duties included overseeing the Scottsdale Office and a team of portfolio community managers and master community managers and instilling the team concept of our organization. Today, Mike is Vice President of our West Valley Region where he is actively involved in the supervision, support and guidance of his team of professional community managers and their support staff and strengthening Board member partnerships.
Mike received his Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies - Management from
Pace University and also holds a degree in Marketing from
Westchester Community College.
Doug Austin, CMCA AMS CAAM
Vice President - Northeast Valley

Doug began his career as a community manager at Rossmar & Graham in 2003. His talents as a leader were quickly realized and he was promoted to Vice President of the Northeast Valley Region the following year. Currently overseeing a team of portfolio and master community managers and their support staff, Doug's responsibilities include the mentoring, assisting and supervision of these professionals, as well as enhancing Board member relationships.
Prior to joining Rossmar & Graham, Doug's diverse background included twenty years as general manager in the service industry overseeing a staff of forty individuals and the reserve study industry where he worked with a variety of associations reviewing their common area amenities. His experience in the reserve study industry has proven to be extremely valuable as he assists his managers in guiding their communities to make the proper decisions as they relate to their common area elements and financial stability.
Kathy Van Hilsen
Vice President - Southeast Valley

Kathy's career in the HOA industry began in 1993 when she started as an administrative assistant and found a profession and a career she was passionate about. When she was promoted to community manager, she brought a positive, can-do attitude to the communities she managed, giving great confidence in her abilities to the Boards with whom she partnered.
In January 2007, Kathy joined Rossmar & Graham. Her proven leadership qualities and strong work ethic, balanced with a desire to bring harmony and unity to the communities she managed, propelled her to her current position of Vice President of the Southeast Valley Region. In this role, Kathy oversees and mentors a team of portfolio and master community managers and their support staff. Kathy's other key focus is to further strengthen our Board member partnerships.
Ken Estrada
Director of Client Services

Ken Estrada has over 20 years of business experience in all phases of the planning, development, customer service and ongoing management of communities in Arizona. As Director of Client Services for Rossmar & Graham, Ken is responsible for Rossmar & Graham's operational interface with our Association Residents and Boards of Directors. His oversight includes Accounts Receivable, Collections, Resale Disclosure, Association Account Integration, Association Communications via our
Customer Care Center, and
RossmarConnect.
A graduate of
Brigham Young University, Ken enjoys golf, basketball, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Shannon Selby
Director of Business Development

Shannon joined Rossmar & Graham as Director of Business Development in 2010, and is responsible for overseeing all sales initiatives at Rossmar & Graham. Her primary responsibilities include the procurement of new business for the company and contract administration for Rossmar & Graham's strong portfolio of communities.
Shannon comes to us from
Colliers International, a FirstService Company, and one of Rossmar & Graham's sister companies. Joining Collier's in 2007, as a Vice President she brokered the purchase, sale and development of multifamily investments.
Shannon has held prior positions in commercial real estate brokerage, business development, media sales, television news, and as a paralegal.
Shannon attended
Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, where she majored in Journalism. She holds an active Arizona Real Estate Broker's License, and is a native of Arizona.
