At Rossmar & Graham, "Caring for Communities" is part of our name. We truly care about our communities and want to provide our Boards with the tools they need to foster a spirit of pride within their association.
As a Rossmar & Graham-managed community, the following tools are available to your association free of charge:
Party Wagon - A 16' trailer stocked with everything you need to throw a great party. The Party Wagon has been a huge success for our communities and has been booked nearly every weekend since we introduced it.
Nice Lot Letters - To recognize those homeowners with exceptionally maintained properties.
Door Hangers - "A Friendly Reminder" helps us to communicate a potential violation in a friendly manner.
Community Orientation - We offer new communities a "town hall meeting" with the goal being to educate the community on our role as management company, your role as the Board of Directors, and their role as owners and members of the community.
Operation Benevolent Heart - Developed in 2003 to help those homeowners in need who are living within a Rossmar & Graham-managed community, this program awards up to $3,600 each year. Our Boards nominate a needy family within their community and each month, one name is drawn and that family receives up to $300 to help with past due HOA assessments or to help bring their property into compliance.
