Our Customer Care Center was designed with our homeowners in mind. In today's "instant gratification society," a response time of 24 hours or the next business day is no longer fast enough. The homeowners in the community associations we manage lead very busy lives...they have families, demanding jobs and other things which require their time; therefore, the Customer Care Representatives' goal is first call resolution...answering our homeowners' calls at the time they come in. Our success is due to our Customer Care Representatives having instant access to hundreds of information points specific to your community that provide timely, consistent and accurate information to your homeowners. Another benefit is that the Customer Care Center reduces the number of calls to our community managers, giving our managers the time necessary to focus on other important aspects of managing your community.
