Learning Center
Our Learning Center incorporates real-life displays and vignettes of actual community features like pool drains and valve systems, irrigation, landscaping, lighting and electricity, different stages of asphalt repair, tree trimming, guard/gate house mechanisms, roofing materials, walls and insulation, backflow prevention devices, pest control, signage, pool decking, stucco and view fencing. All of these displays incorporate an audio learning feature to help our community association managers become better equipped and more knowledgeable about the amenities which exist in the communities they manage.
FSR School of Professional Development
Considered the HOA industry's most comprehensive community manager training and career enhancement program, the FSR School of Professional Development is an online, interactive, educational program that delivers on-going training to Rossmar & Graham personnel with a required curriculum based on job title and function. This series of courses is available 24/7 and allows our community managers and other employees to enhance their skills, improve productivity and master efficiency to provide the highest level of service to our communities.

Lunch 'N Learn Program
Our community association managers gather monthly to receive continuing education from professionals on issues specific to community management. Topics range from the physical, such as new, state-of-the-art equipment and energy efficient controls, to non-physical, such as insurance, contract negotiation and cost-benefit analyses.
The success of the program is attributed to the ongoing and developing relationships between Rossmar & Graham, its vendors and other HOA industry professionals such as attorneys and CPAs. Their interest and dedication to working with us adds value to the services we provide to the associations we manage.
Emerging Leaders Group
Rossmar & Graham's Emerging Leaders Group is comprised of seasoned, professional community managers and other staff members who were selected for their dedication and potential leadership ability. The group meets monthly, and members participate in a variety of individual or team development and challenge-driven activities designed to develop their leadership abilities. This mentoring process is preparing the next group of leaders at Rossmar & Graham for success.
